These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FinsShuttle website and transportation services provided by NXTGUEST Sports Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”). By submitting an inquiry, booking a package, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
FinsShuttle provides private group transportation around Miami Dolphins home games and related experiences. Packages, pricing, and availability are subject to change and confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings and payment
- All bookings are confirmed via written agreement and deposit.
- Final payment is due prior to the date of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Pricing is in U.S. dollars and excludes gratuity unless stated.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation terms are specified in your booking agreement. Schedule changes due to NFL game time adjustments, weather, or other events outside our control will be communicated as soon as possible and accommodated where reasonable.
Conduct and safety
Guests must comply with all applicable laws and the instructions of our drivers and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for behavior that is unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful to staff or other guests, without refund.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
NFL affiliation disclaimer
FinsShuttle is an independent transportation service operated by NXTGUEST. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, the Miami Dolphins, or any NFL team.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
